We also activate applied RDI through joint projects, pilots, and testbeds that turn research into deployable solutions. In addition, we strengthen education and training with industry-aligned curricula, modular upskilling, and continuous learning pathways. Finally, we improve talent matching and recruitment services by connecting employers with candidates, supporting relocation, and speeding up hiring pipelines.
